Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized collection point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
